The closing date for all entries is 23h59 on 21st April 2023.
In terms of the Regulations NO LATE ENTRIES or substitutions (singles events) can be accepted. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, late entries may be accepted at the sole discretion of the Tournament Technical Committee before the draws are carried out.
Substitutions will only be allowed in the Doubles Events and only then with valid reasons at the sole discretion of the Tournament Technical Committee.

| Eligibility:This tournament is open to all players, registered and unregistered, based in South Africa at the time of the tournament. Junior boys and girls may play in the senior men’s or ladies events. Juniors may play in their age group and one category up in the junior events. Only persons with relevant disabilities may enter in the corresponding categories. |
| Rules:The tournament will be conducted in accordance with the current Laws of Table Tennis, the Regulations for International Competitions. ITTF Ranking Default Policy will be applied, and ITTF tournament referee’s handbook shall be used as guide. |
